This website is operated by Nodi Automation Limited. Sydinoz is the industrial automation software brand and product family it develops, operates and licenses.

2. Business and professional use

This website is primarily intended for business, engineering and professional users. If any non-excludable consumer-protection law applies, those statutory rights are not excluded by these terms.

3. No online order

This website does not provide online payment or automatic ordering. Selecting configurations, adding them to the cart, generating a budget quote, creating an account or submitting a formal-quote request does not create an order, sales contract or payment obligation.

A binding transaction arises only after Nodi Automation Limited issues a written official quote, order confirmation or contract and the relevant parties accept it under its stated terms.

4. Pricing, availability and sales regions

Website prices are budgetary list prices only. Final pricing, discounts, taxes, bank charges, payment, delivery, license scope and support terms are governed by the formal written documents.

The website may be accessed globally and may accept inquiries, but this does not mean products can be sold or delivered in every country or region. We may confirm, restrict or decline a transaction based on trademark, export-control, sanctions, tax, data-protection or other compliance requirements.
